A Special Meeting of the Scandia City Council was held on the above date. The purpose of the
meeting was to conduct interviews with applicants for the City Administrator position.
Present: Mayor Christine Maefsky, Council members Jerry Cusick, Steve Kronmiller, Chris
Ness, Patti Ray, and Liza Donabauer, consultant with DDA Human Resources.
Mayor Maefsky called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m.
The following candidates were interviewed: Ken Cammilleri, Tina Folch, Kevin Kelly, Joe
Bjelland, and Cynthia Boyce.
Following the interviews, the Council began deliberations.
The Council was in consensus to offer the position of the Scandia City Administrator to and
negotiate the terms of employment with Ken Cammilleri.
Mayor Maefsky and Liza Donabauer will serve as the negotiating team. The final terms of
employment will be officially acted upon at a future Council meeting.
Ness, seconded by Cusick, moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried 5-0.
The meeting adjourned at 6:05 p.m.
