Scandia Internet Expansion - Current Construction 7921Everyone,
I took a drive yesterday and snapped pictures of construction underway
for this year’s Internet expansion. MidCo is making good progress as
shown in the photos.
I spoke with a resident on Olgilvie who was out watering his lawn. He
said he and his neighbors were excited. I asked him what his current
service was like and heard the same complaints about slow DSL and
buffering when everyone was on-line at the same time. He was happy to
know he’d be able to work remotely without worries once the project is
complete this fall.
The IAC will be meeting next Thursday. I’ll work on the agenda and Ken
will send out the official meeting notice early next week.
