Build partnerships between cyclists, residents, and neighboring communities Vision: Scandia: A destination where cyclists, residents and neighboring communities have a safe and enjoyable place to cycle, and can accommodate local cyclists as well as the influx of visitors due to the connectivity of an extended trail system.
