The Council holds its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the month unless it falls on a holiday or is
otherwise changed by the Council. A work session meeting is held at 6:30 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month unless
it falls on a holiday or is otherwise changed by the Council. Work session meetings may be cancelled if there is not business
to come before the Council. All meetings are held at the Scandia Community Center, 14727 209th Street North, Scandia,
Minnesota 55073 unless otherwise noted or posted.
The Planning Commission meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
The Parks and Recreation Committee meets the first Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
The Economic Development Authority meets the second Monday of every other month at 6:30 p.m.
The Scandia Internet Action Committee meets the third Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m.
The Tourism Advisory Committee meets the fourth Tuesday of the month at 5:00 p.m.
The Capital Investment Committee meets the second Thursday of the month, quarterly or as needed at 6:30 p.m.
The Wastewater Advisory Committee meets the second Tuesday of the month, quarterly or as needed at 6:30 p.m.

send an email mail@ci.scandia.mn.us. These comments will be included in the meeting. Or residents may contact the city
office prior to the meeting for specific instructions for how to be included in the meeting remotely if you need to provide
public comment by this method instead. The office is currently available by phone M-F, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at (651) 433-2274.
