8.b) Procedure for Park VolunteersProcedure for Park Volunteers
Any date for group park work "event" must approved by the Park & Rec Committee.
The group event shall:
1. Identify the leader/contact person for the event.
2. Have enough qualified supervisory personnel for the event.
3. Present to the SPRC a clear description of what type of work will be performed
when asking the for the event date.
4. Have the approval of the City Administrator or designee for the use of any heavy or
power equipment or poison/herbicides. The group will use the City's current
operation standards for such equipment.
5. Provide for removal of all debris created by the event.
6. Remove only what the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has determined
