NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING TO CONDUCT SITE VISITS
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, August 1, 2023,
beginning at 6:35 p.m. to visit the sites and gather information concerning the following
requests that will come before the Commission at its August 1, 2023 regular meeting:
Rezoning and Conditional Use Permit to construct an accessory structure
Site Visit Location: 19690 Maxwell Avenue North
Applicants: Steve and Terri Munson
On-site at 6:35 p.m.
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commissioners will meet at the site visit locations. Owners, applicants, and interested
parties are also invited to meet at the sites.
