Hi Brenda,
I hope you're doing well. Here we go again! The weather on Saturday night is not
looking all that great. The best-case scenario is that there'll be some breaks in the cloud
and the worst is that there'll be some occasional light rain showers. It may be a little
early to make decisions right now but I think we should talk about it. If it's mostly cloudy
I could still come out and give a talk and try to be as informative and as entertaining as I
can be. I would prep everybody as to what they see in the sky the next clear night.
Unless it's raining I would still set out at least some of the telescopes and we do some
"land-gazing." If it’s feasible, we can also reschedule the program, or if you want we can
cancel altogether. If you want to reschedule I'm free on Saturday, October 7th.
