CONCERN
Ekdahl Estates is a cluster home development of 10 sttes on the��st side of Highway 95 at 205Tw
It was planned and executed during�997-2000, resulting in ten covenanted building sites for single
family homes. This half million dollar endea�or was carefully planned with Scandia Town
Board and Washington County overseefng many requirements. Bituminous paving for roadway,
cemen#curbing, paved driveways were recommended and enforced to keep this a premier additian
to the community.
To issue a driveway permit from within�his development to allaw access to neighboring property
without due research or notification to Ekdahl Estates property c�wners is one issue that needs
discussion. The second concern is uniformity of surface for all driveways exiting on to and off 205"'
confa�ming w;th couenants already in place.
