This half million dollar endea�or was carefully planned with Scandia Town Board and Washington County overseefng many requirements. Bituminous paving for roadway, cemen#curbing, paved driveways were recommended and enforced to keep this a premier additian to the community. To issue a driveway permit from within�his development to allaw access to neighboring property without due research or notification to Ekdahl Estates property c�wners is one issue that needs discussion.
