Please see below for a summary of anticipated costs related to the above referenced services:
InputID Mapper= $5,000:
This total includes the implementation of an application similar to North Oaks that we viewed last Thursday.
This total also includes up to 2 coordination and review meetings with City StaƯ to look at progress and provide feedback.
o This cost could increase if there are extensive specialized requests that the City would like implemented.
Roadbotics (All City Streets) = $13,400:
This total includes the following:
o Costs related to driving all City Streets and submitting video to Roadbotics for analysis.
o Costs to cover Roadbotics analysis fee.
o Costs related to preparing figures detailing the information received from Roadbotics.
Roadbotics (11 Miles of Roadway per CIP Attached 2026-2030) = $7,800:
This total includes the following:
o Costs related to driving all 2026-2030 City Streets per the attached PDF and submitting video to Roadbotics for analysis.
I left out 2025, as that project would already be bid by next spring.
o Costs to cover Roadbotics analysis fee.
o Costs related to preparing figures detailing the information received from Roadbotics.
TraƯic Counters (1 Counter Tracking Volume and Speed) = $1,500
This includes costs to install and collect volume and speed data on one street with 1 counter… then provide a memo detailing what was found.

TraƯic Counters (4 Counters Tracking Volume and Speed) = $2,500
This includes costs to install and collect volume and speed data on four streets/locations with 1 counter each (we have 4 total at our disposal)…
then provide a memo detailing what was found.
