Fischer provided a written report. The tennis court project is done for the year. The Hay Lake Park sign will be
installed this winter. Public Works has begun flooding the hockey rink. Holiday lights have been installed. Any
lights that are not working are due to bad outlets, which an electrician is coming to fix. The Lions Club-owned

the cold storage building at City Hall. Gorham said he would talk with the Lions Club about engaging the City in
discussions about future storage and maintenance of the tables.
OLD BUSINESS
Community Center Court Amenities Discussion
Gorham shared the first item of his chair report. Scandia Pickleball players would like to raise funds for additional
amenities for the new courts. The amenities range from extra paddles and balls stored in a lock box to benches
inside the courts, picnic tables outside the courts, and lighting. The group would fundraise for these amenities
for local businesses or from donations from players. Morell stated the City can accept donations for these items.
Gorham will talk with the pickleball group and report back.

Two rounds of voting were held to determine the first, second, and third-place button designers. Zauner will
coordinate with City staff to notify the winners.
Vinterfest Planning
Zauner updated the planning progress and requested all committee members contact staff to volunteer for
needed tasks. An additional food truck has agreed to attend. Kim volunteered to work paint with pebbles.
Posters will be out the first week of January after vendor time slots are confirmed.
Shirts for Volunteers
Gorham asked about progress on this item. Fischer shared a website from a company that he has worked with
