10.b Scandia Heritage Alliance Site Plan Update Staff Report Date of Meeting: December 17, 2024 For: Honorable Mayor and Council From: Kyle Morell, City Administrator Subject: Scandia Heritage Alliance – Site Plan Update Susan Rodsjo and John Herman of the Scandia Heritage Alliance will attend the meeting to update the Council on the changes to the Water Tower Barn site plan. She will also provide an update on the Alliance's recent fundraising activities. I have attached the site plan from 2021 that was presented when the Alliance’s PUD was approved. The new site plan and architectural drawings for the barn are also attached.
