NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING TO CONDUCT SITE VISIT
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Sunday, February 2, 2025,
beginning at 11:00 a.m. to visit the site and gather information concerning the following request
that will come before the Commission at its February 4, 2025 regular meeting:
• Variance to allow for the subdivision of property that does not meet dimensional standard
requirements as established in Chapter 153.200.030 of the City of Scandia Unified
Development Code.
Site Visit Location: along 180th Street North, just west of Manning Trail
Applicant: Steven Martinez, Northern Natural Gas
On-site at 11:00 a.m.
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commissioners will meet at the site visit location. Owners, applicants, and interested
parties are also invited to meet at the site.
