The trimming, trees and clearing of vegetation along the driveway to requested clearances is authorized under the conditions of your variance permit. Here is the code for your reference in bold from Scandie Development Code Ch. 5. Section 8.2. Agricultural uses consistent with Section 5.2 of this ordinance.
