Subject: Meeting Schedule
Background:
Per Article III, Section 1, the Board shall adopt a meeting schedule by Resolution of the Board.
In the past, the EDA meetings have been scheduled for the third Monday of the month, at 6:30
p.m.. I have attached a meeting schedule that will continue with that meeting date and time,
as well as a resolution adopting the schedule.

EDA RESOLUTION NO. 2025-01
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A MEETING SCHEDULE FOR TH
CITY OF SCANDIA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City of Scandia has authorized an Economic Development Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Bylaws of the Scandia Economic Development Authority require the
adoption of a meeting schedule; and
WHEREAS, the following date shall be the Scandia Economic Development Authority
meeting schedule for 2025, all meetings will be held at 6:30 p.m.;
Monday, April 21 Monday, August 18 Monday, December 15
Monday, May 19 Monday, September 22
Monday, June 16 Monday, October 20
Monday, July 21 Monday, November 17
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SCANDIA, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that it hereby does
adopt the above meeting schedule for the City of Scandia Economic Development Authority:
