YMCA Program Information at a Glance
Scholarships made possible through the YMCA Annual Giving Program are available for all programs, services, and membership. Anyone needing assistance
will fill out a personal pricing application and depending on their circumstances could be granted anywhere from 10% - 75% off of the fee.
*The YMCA does not sell day passes. You must
be a guest of a member to be at the Y. Most memberships include guest passes or there is a $5.00 fee for guests.
Membership– Members can use the facility and equipment, get discounted
fee for programming, and receive guest passes to use. Members can use up to 2 hours per day of drop in child care while the member is on site.

Wellness Programs–
Comprehensive fitness and wellness programs that include but are not limited to: Fitness Floor with state of the art equipment • huge variety of group exercise classes • Personal Training
• Small Group Training • Affinity Groups (Run Clubs, Pickup Basketball, Pickleball, etc) • Fitness Consultations and Orientations • Nutrition Coaching • Metabolic and Fitness Assessment

Well Together– Targeted program to those with chronic illness in collaboration with Fairview Medical Center.
Aquatics Programs– In addition to open swim we offer an array of swim classes for all ages starting at 6 week old and well into adulthood. In addition, we have partnerships that allow
us to provide water safety instruction for free to groups of youth to ensure all kids have access to basic training that will keep them safer around water. We also offer the following
certifications: Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, First Aid & CPR, Oxygen, AED, and babysitting.
Veterans Support Group- targeting veterans ages 18 – 45. Meet at the Y once or twice a month
for fellowship, family support, and education. Monthly topics and connections to other resources.
Forever Well—programming specific for those ages 50+. Include lower impact group exercise
classes, field trips, coffee hour and pot lucks, and speakers on related topics. Annually there is a Twin Cities wide conference held for this group with over 1000 participants.
School
Age Child Care & Summer Camp—We offer a variety of full day and half day options for summer child care for youth ages 4—14.
Birthday parties— Host parties at the Y and select packages
that include desired combination of gym, pool, bounce houses, etc.
Park Play Days- summer program for youth held in local neighborhood parks to experience the outdoors and some physical
and creative activities.
Parent Night Out– Parents can have care for their children (ages 2-10) up to 4 hours while they are offsite. A fun place for friendships, activity, and learning.
Arts
and Humanities Classes– Youth classes such as gardening, cooking, painting, science, etc.
Sports Leagues and Classes– Adult and Youth offerings in a wide variety of sports including
leagues, skills classes, clinics, and more.
Mentoring Program- We have over 200 youth ages 5- 18 and 200 adult volunteers participating in this mentoring program in the following school
districts: North Branch, Chisago Lakes, and Forest Lake.
Outreach and other Partnerships– We partner with a large number of other organizations outside our four walls to meet various
needs throughout our communities as they are identified. Examples include: Eat, Move, & Live Well (a wellness program for older adults facilitated at local churches and senior living
facilities), Togetherhood Community Volunteer Projects, Park Programs (such as Group Exercise in the Park), Off-site Swim Lessons and Water Safety Classes (currently being offered in
North Branch in partnership with Community Ed), Youth in Government, Love & Logic Parenting Classes, LEAP Hour Yoga at Centennial High School, and more.
