MidCo Project Updates
I have reached out to Elly, with Midco, for an update on their 2025 construction plans and for a
Border 2 Border grant update. The project must be completed by June 30, 2027, which leaves
this year and next for construction.
IAC Charter Discussion
Below is the staff report from the November meeting:
The Council delayed action on the Charter until its next meeting to give it more time to review
the document and ask staff and the Committee questions if necessary. Committee Council
Liaison Kronmiller has made changes to the document and plans to present them to the Council
on Tuesday night. Chairman Wilmers has committed to attending the Council meeting to discuss
this topic.
That meeting did not occur due to a lack of a quorum. I cannot remember where we are with the
Charter discussion.
