A special meeting of the Scandia City Council was held on the above date. The meeting was
conducted in the Heritage Room at the Scandia Community Center.
Mayor Steve Kronmiller called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. The following were present:
Council members Kirsten Libby, Jerry Cusick, Jim Gribble, Mike Lubke, and Mayor Steve
Kronmiller. Staff present: City Administrator Kyle Morell.
Closed Session – The City Council will go into Closed Session pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes §13D.05, subdivision 3 (a), to evaluate the performance of the City Administrator.
Kronmiller, seconded by Libby, moved to enter a Closed Session pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes §13D.05, subdivision 3 (a), to evaluate the performance of the City Administrator.
Motion carried unanimously.
The Council entered into a closed session at 6:30 p.m.
Gribble, seconded by Lubke, moved to open the closed session at 6:40 p.m. Motion carried
unanimously.
Lubke, seconded by Cusick, moved to approve the City Administrator's review as written.
The motion carried unanimously.
Closed Session – The City Council will go into Closed Session pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes §13D.05, subdivision 3 (c) 3, to discuss the development of an offer to purchase

Kronmiller, seconded by Libby, moved to enter a Closed Session pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes §13D.05, subdivision 3 (c) 3, to discuss the development of an offer to purchase
property. Parcel ID 23.032.20.12.0008. Motion carried unanimously.
The Council entered into a closed session at 6:41 p.m.
Gribble, seconded by Lubke, moved to open the closed session at 6:47 p.m. Motion carried
unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Lubke, seconded by Cusickkkk, moved to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
The meeting adjourned at 6:48 p.m.
