Re: Tobacco License Re-Issue
Background:
Last November, the business Sam Tobacco, LLC (formerly Scandia Tobacco) was issued a license
for the sale of tobacco products effective January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 at the
establishment’s address of 21190 Ozark Avenue North. The business recently relocated to
21150 Ozark Avenue North, Suite #4.
Staff is recommending approval of a re-issued license for the establishment’s new business
address.
Options:
1) Approve the re-issuance of a 2025 Tobacco Products Sales License to Sam Tobacco at
21190 Ozark Avenue North, Suite #4.
2) Delay action on the tobacco license re-issuance.
3) Do not approve the tobacco license re-issuance.
Recommendation:
Option 1.
