RESOLUTION NO. 06-17-25-11
ACCEPTING A CASH DONATION FROM THE SCANDIA MARINE LIONS CLUB
WHEREAS, the Scandia Marine Lions Club generously supports the Scandia and
Marine on St. Croix communities with their hard work and financial contributions to worthy
causes and community events, facilities and equipment; and
WHEREAS, the Lions have made a cash donation of $250.00 towards the grand re-
opening festivities for the Scandia Community Center tennis and pickleball courts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SCANDIA, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
That it should and hereby does accept the donation of $250.00 from the Scandia Marine Lions
Club; and
FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council extends its thanks to the Scandia
Marine Lions on behalf of all of the citizens of Scandia, for all of their generous donations to our
community.
