Subject:NNG conditional use permit
Hello,
We saw the updated plans for the new site from NNG. We see that 4 trees have been added to the East
side. It is hard make out on the plan what species of trees these actually are. It looks like there is going to
be a lot of trees planted on the North side. We are asking if more trees could be added to the East side,
as there is only 4 planned. Could there also be more trees added along the front. Please let us know.
Thank you,
Leon and Robin Kushlan

Subject:NNG Conditional Use Permit
Hello,
We wanted to reach out regarding the upcoming NNG Conditional Use Permit application. We are
concerned about the lack of landscape screening on the East property line of the new NNG building
being put up. We own the 5 acre building site bordering to the east of the proposed NNG site. We plan on
building a retirement home in a couple years. NNG representative David Martinez told us that they would
not be allowed to put landscape screening on the east side due to the wetland setback area. NNG
claimed the vegetation (trees), would be to much of a disturbance to the wetland. However, NNG is
already going to be digging new drainage ponds on the east side. We feel this is a matter of importance
and we are asking the city council to please look into this matter, and see if there is a way that vegetation
could be added to the east side of the site.
Thank you,
Leon and Robin Kushlan
