Hello -
Whether the rules remain 'as is' or change, the rules need to be actively enforced directly by the city. It is
our opinion complaint based enforcement is very poor for the community as neighbors have to live next
to each other.
I have watched neighbors severely break the city and county rules without consequence. Everything from
RVs, vehicles sitting for years to massive structures being built without permits. City seems to always
look the other way on current rules and make exceptions. It seems to be the norm.
If nothing is going to be actively enforced, city rules are meaningless and you all should just stop and let
home owners do as they wish with their property.
