NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING TO CONDUCT SITE VISITS
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, September 2, 2025,
beginning at 6:00 p.m. to visit the sites and gather information concerning the following
requests that will come before the Commission at its July 1, 2025 regular meeting:
• Conditional Use Permit to allow for an additional 25% of total square footage of
accessory structure
Site Visit Location: 15455 240th Street North
Applicant: Lisa McKinley & Lora McKinley
On-site at 6:00 p.m.
Location is on the south side of the road, directly across from 15440 240th Street
• Site Plan Review for proposed expansion at PN Products
Site Visit Location: 21060 Ozark Court North
Applicant: Peter Nora
On-site at 6:30 p.m.
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commissioners will meet at the site visit locations. Owners, applicants, and interested
parties are also invited to meet at the site.
