Re: Employee Service Award
The Scandia City Council adopted an Employee Recognition Policy in 2007 which provides for
service anniversary awards to eligible employees.
SERVICE ANNIVERSARY AWARDS
Employees shall be presented with a plaque recognizing their years of service at the completion
of ten (10) years of service and upon every five years of additional service thereafter.
The City of Scandia proudly recognizes Maintenance Worker Jeff Anderson, who began his
dedicated service on September 13, 2010. This year, Jeff celebrates 15 years of commitment and
excellence, making him eligible to receive the 15-Year Service Anniversary Award.
Mayor Steve Kronmiller will present a Service Award plaque to Jeff at the September 16, 2025
City Council meeting.
