Subject: Discussion of Each Committee’s Roles and Responsibilities
I would like to have a general discussion about what activities the City should be doing to help
support and grow local businesses, promote tourism, and attract tourists to the community. Next,
determine the roles and responsibilities of the Tourism Committee and EDA Board in achieving
those goals. This discussion can cover both activities that are currently underway and those we have
yet to consider due to time, funding, or resource constraints.
