1) Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
2) Public Forum: Any member of the public wishing to address the Commission about an item not on the
agenda may do so at this time. Each person will be allotted 3 minutes to speak. The Commission will
receive information but not take formal action on any item not on the agenda. Items may be referred to staff
or to a future meeting for further consideration.

a) September 2, 2025 meeting
5) Public Hearings
a) Conditional Use Permit for a 5-Megawatt Distribution Solar Energy System at 11522 Mayberry Trail
North. Applicant New Energy Equity, LLC.
b) Amendment to the Unified Development Code Section 153.400.100 Signs. The amendment would add
standards to allow for Dynamic Display signs along arterial streets within the city.
c) Amendment to the Unified Development Code Section 153.400.060 Landscaping, Buffering and Fences.
The amendment would add standards for nonresidential fences.
6) General Business
a) Conditional Use Permit Extensions for 10929 Scandia Trail North – Sunvest Solar and Gordian Energy
Systems
b) Memo on Expansion of Non-Conforming Structures – discussion at November 4th meeting
7) City Council Updates (no action required)
