Subject:ORDINANCE ENACTING SCANDIA CITY CODE CHAPTER 151, SECTION 151.48 TO
CLARIFY SCOPE OF CITY ROAD USE AND MAINTENANCE
I understand and appreciate road maintenance, I would just like to keep the mowing to 5 to 7 feet. It only speeds up
traffic and diminishes the rural look and feel we enjoy. Also over the last couple years a number of mature oak trees
have been damaged or killed along the road. Please be mindful of the Ɵming of mowing we were leŌ with a large
number deep ruts on our blvd on your most recent mowing. I won’t be able to a Ʃend the meeƟng so just wanted to
share my thoughts.
