NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING TO CONDUCT SITE VISITS
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Sunday, November 30, 2025,
beginning at 1:30 p.m. to visit the site and gather information concerning the following request
that will come before the Commission at its December 2, 2025 regular meeting:
• Variance from a Wetland Setback to replace an existing septic system
Site Visit Location: 19230 Larkspur Avenue North

On-site at 1:30 p.m.
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commissioners will meet at the site visit location. Owners, applicants, and interested
parties are also invited to meet at the site.
