RESOLUTION NO. 01-20-26-02
RATIFYING SURETY AND BLANKET BONDS
FOR CITY EMPLOYEES FOR 2026
WHEREAS, surety bonds for certain City employees and a general bond covering all City
employees are required for 2026;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SCANDIA, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that surety bonds
ensuring the integrity and honest performance of duties by the following named employees in the
amounts set forth are hereby ratified and confirmed for the year 2026:
City Council $200,000
City Administrator $200,000
Treasurer $200,000
City Clerk $200,000
Fire Chief $200,000
All Employees $200,000
Adopted by the Scandia City Council this 20th day of January, 2026.
