1) Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
2) Public Forum: Any member of the public wishing to address the Commission about an item not on the
agenda may do so at this time. Each person will be allotted 3 minutes to speak. The Commission will
receive information but not take formal action on any item not on the agenda. Items may be referred to staff
or to a future meeting for further consideration.

a) December 2, 2025 meeting
5) Election of Planning Commission Chair and Vice-Chair
6) Public Hearings
a) WITHDRAWN: Variance from a Manage 1 Wetland Setback for impervious surface related to
driveway improvements located at 19750 Maxwill Avenue North. Jeremy Imhoff, Applicant on behalf
of property owner Jarmoluk Living Trust.
b) Amendment to the Unified Development Code Section 153.500.110 Subd. 3. The amendment would
amend the standards related to the replacement, alteration, and expansion of nonconforming buildings
and structures.
7) General Business
a) Appoint a Planning Commissioner to serve on the Capital Investment Committee
8) City Council Updates (no action required)
