NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
TO CONDUCT SITE VISIT
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting to visit the site and gather
information concerning the following request that will come before the Commission at its
May 5, 2009 regular meeting:
Variance for Accessory Structure Exceeding the Allowable Size
Location: 19423 Oxboro Avenue North
Applicant: James and Sandra Continenza.
The site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at 6:15 p.m. CDT.
The site visit is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the
public. The Planning Commission will meet in the Scandia Community Center parking
lot (14717 209th St. N.) Interested citizens may meet at the Community Center at that
same time and drive along with commissioners to site. Owners/developers are also
invited to meet at the site.
