January 20, 2026
A Special Meeting of the Scandia City Council was held on the above date in the Scandia
Community Center Heritage Room. The purpose of the meeting was to interview applicants for
the Planning Commission and Parks & Recreation Committee.
Mayor Steve Kronmiller called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. The following were in
attendance: Council members Jerry Cusick, Jim Gribble, Mike Lubke, and Mayor Steve
Kronmiller. Council member, Kirsten Libby arrived at 6:54 p.m. Staff present: City Clerk
Brenda Eklund.
INTERVIEW APPLICANTS FOR COMMITTEE VACANCIES
Interviews were conducted with Theresa Decker, Laura Weber, Michael Marosok, and Amy
Shattuck. There is one vacancy on the Planning Commission and two vacancies on the Parks &
Recreation Committee.
Appointments will be made at the January 20, 2026 regular meeting.
