City of Scandia Planning Commission Resolution No. 2026-01
WHEREAS, Brenda Eklund has faithfully served the City of Scandia as City Clerk for
twenty-two years; and
WHEREAS, Brenda Eklund has provided outstanding support to the City of Scandia
Planning Commission throughout her tenure, demonstrating professionalism, dedication,
and commitment to the community; and
WHEREAS, Brenda Eklund's knowledge, reliability, and positive attitude have
contributed significantly to the smooth operation of the Planning Commission and the
City as a whole; and
WHEREAS, Brenda Eklund has played an integral role in facilitating public meetings,
maintaining records, and ensuring transparent communication between city staff,
commissioners, and residents; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission wishes to express its gratitude for Brenda Eklund's
exemplary service and lasting impact on the City of Scandia;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That the City of Scandia Planning Commission formally recognizes and honors Brenda
Eklund for her twenty-two years of dedicated service to the City and her steadfast support
of the Planning Commission;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission extends its sincere
appreciation to Brenda Eklund for her professionalism, integrity, and commitment, and
wishes her continued success and happiness in all future endeavors.
