Re: Bliss Wastewater Treatment Funding Update

The City has secured Public Facilities Authority (PFA) funding for the Bliss Wastewater Project.
The City Engineer will be at the meeting to discuss the funding. The City opened bids for the
Bliss project on February 18. The bids range from $470,000 below the engineer's estimate to
$500,000 above it. Bolton & Menk is still reviewing the bids and will present the low bid for
approval in March.
