NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING TO CONDUCT SITE VISIT
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Sunday, March 1, 2026,
beginning at 2:00 p.m. to visit the site and gather information concerning the following request
that will come before the Commission at its March 3, 2026 regular meeting:
• Variance from a Manage 1 Wetland Setback for impervious surface related to driveway
improvements and a Variance to allow the expansion of a nonconforming structure within
the Ordinary High-Water Level setback.
Site Visit Location: 19750 Maxwill Avenue North
Applicant: Jeremy Imhoff on behalf of property owner Jarmoluk Trust
On-site at 2:00 p.m.
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commissioners will meet at the site visit location. Owners, applicants, and interested
parties are also invited to meet at the site.
