agenda may do so at this time. Each person will be allotted 3 minutes to speak. The Commission will
receive information but not take formal action on any item not on the agenda. Items may be referred to staff
or to a future meeting for further consideration.

a) Variance from a Manage 1 Wetland Setback for impervious surface related to driveway improvements
and a Variance to allow the expansion of a nonconforming structure within the Ordinary High-Water
Level setback at 19750 Maxwill Avenue North. Jeremy Imhoff, Applicant on behalf of property owner
Jarmoluk Living Trust.
