MidCo Update
Elly and Midco Construction Manager Tim Ramler will attend our meeting this month to discuss
the Border 2 Border Grant construction schedule.
Outreach to Infill Properties
The list of infill properties has been included in the packet. Letters were sent out in September.
Less than half of the properties have responded to the letter, but all that have say they want high-
speed internet service. At our November meeting, the Committee directed staff to share the list
with Midco. I emailed Midco in December stating that the list would be sent shortly, but I
cannot find a follow-up email stating that the list was sent to Midco. I apologize for not
following through on this. I will send the list to Midco this week.
