PW Staff report:
✓ Mower replacement approved by the council — Kubota with a mower, snow blower, and broom
✓ Repaired bleachers at the softball field — more work needs to done on the other field benches
✓ Loose back stop posts at the softball field will need to be repaired by a fence co. with a lift and
boom
✓ STS has been in contact with the city and will be doing some brush removal at Lilleskogan
✓ Rink cleaned of leaves and some of the skate board equipment has been set in place —the rest
will be placed when the ground firms up.
✓ Bolens tractor used for dragging the ballfields has been serviced and is ready for use
✓ Removed Spruce tree blown over onto the hockey boards
✓ Rodent treatment on ballfields
✓ Warming house cleaned up and shut down — more maintenance and cleaning on a rain -day this
summer —nets stored inside
✓ Started clean-up off perennials at City Hall, fire station, the Hay Lake Monument, and will knock
down stems at Lilleskogan.
