NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING TO CONDUCT SITE VISIT
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2026,
beginning at 6:20 p.m. to visit the site and gather information concerning the following request
that will come before the Commission at its April 7, 2026 regular meeting:
Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the cultivation of indoor grown cannabis and the light
manufacturing of low-potency hemp edibles
Site Visit Location: 21080 Ozark Court North
Applicant: Joe Whebbe
On-site at 6:20 p.m.
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commissioners will meet at the site visit location. Owners, applicants, and interested
parties are also invited to meet at the site.
