Housing Development Discussion
City Planner Greenlee Dahle has prepared a memo for the EDA outlining the current barriers to
housing development in Scandia. She will be at the meeting to walk you through the document
and help answer any questions you might have.
Updated Business List
The updated business list is included in the packet. This is the list of businesses that have a
business name and an owner. We would also like to discuss what to do with the names from the
old list that have no business name. If the Board is happy with the updated list, we will update
the website page to reflect it.
Sale of Merchandise
Staff would like to revisit the discussion of the sale of merchandise. I cannot remember where
we left off and would like to get this moving forward.
