NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING TO CONDUCT SITE VISIT
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2026,
beginning at 6:20 p.m. to visit the site and gather information concerning the following request
that will come before the Commission at its May 5, 2026 regular meeting:
• Variance to allow the replacement and expansion of a nonconforming structure within the
roadway setback and Ordinary High-Water Level (OHWL) setback of Big Marine Lake
North.
Site Visit Location: 18521 Langly Avenue North
Applicants: Joe and Cindy Radatz
On-site at 6:20 p.m.
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commissioners will meet at the site visit location. Owners, applicants, and interested
parties are also invited to meet at the site.
