NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING TO CONDUCT SITE VISIT
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Scandia,
Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, June 2, 2026,
beginning at 6:20 p.m. to visit the site and gather information concerning the following request
that will come before the Commission at its June 2, 2026 regular meeting:
• Variance to expand the existing nonconforming structure and encroach into the bluff
line, side lot line, and front lot line setbacks on a nonconforming lot within the shoreland
of Big Marine Lake.
Site Visit Location: 19235 Larkspur Avenue North

On-site at 6:20 p.m.
This is an official Planning Commission meeting and is therefore open to the public. The
Planning Commissioners will meet at the site visit location. Owners, applicants, and interested
parties are also invited to meet at the site.
