1) Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
2) Public Forum: Any member of the public wishing to address the Commission about an item not on the
agenda may do so at this time. Each person will be allotted 3 minutes to speak. The Commission will
receive information but not take formal action on any item not on the agenda. Items may be referred to staff
or to a future meeting for further consideration.

a) May 5, 2026 meeting
5) Public Hearings
a) Variance at 19235 Larkspur Avenue North to expand the existing nonconforming structure and encroach
into the bluff line, side lot line, and front lot line setbacks. Applicant Tim McLafferty.
b) Amendment to the Zoning Map, to rezone seven parcels from Rural Residential General (RR-G) to
Rural Residential Neighborhood (RR-N).
c) Amendment to the Unified Development Code Section 153.500.110 Subd. 3, to amend the standards
related to the replacement, alteration, and expansion of nonconforming buildings and structures.
6) General Business
a) Discussion of Unified Development Code Amendment for Accessory Structure Height Limitation
7) City Council Updates (no action required)
