Hello TJ,
I apologize for not getting comments in sooner. As Tom Langer pointed out, there’s an apparent error in
the bolded date below.
My comments are as follows:
If the City approves this variance request, DNR recommends the City apply conditions similar to those
put in place for the 2018 request. Those conditions included directing roof drainage away from the bluff
and removing some existing impervious cover and replacing it with pervious cover.
