Bliss Wastewater Project
Dear Mayor and Council:
Enclosed please find Contractor’s Request for Payment No. 1, for the Bliss Wastewater Project.
We recommend the council approve the Contractor’s Request for Payment No. 1 and pay
$173,037.75 to Municipal Builders, Inc. This amount includes work required to mobilize to site,
pothole existing utilities and begin placing manhole structures, . This request includes
withholding 5% retainage.
