Hi Kyle,
I spoke with our Regional Construction Manager and Midco is working on upgrading our coax cable
network across our footprint as needed. Current plan is to have all upgrade work completed by end of
2028. The upgrade work will not change the existing coax line to the home but will improve on speeds and
congestion.

Here’s an update for the committee meeting,
The project continues to move forward as we are currently working through several private easements
that are still in process. In addition, we are awaiting a response from the Canadian National Railroad
regarding two crossings that are required before we can move forward with launching. As we are waiting
for the responses from the railroad as well as the private easements, crews are continuing to make
progress through the remaining areas of the project. we are still planning to launch service to new
residents later this summer. Midco is also looks forward to once again sponsoring Scandia Community
Fun Day on August 19th. This year's event will provide a great opportunity to celebrate the progress of
this project and the work that has gone into connecting Scandia.
