One day my mom woke me up at like 6 am and said," I have a surprise for you and it is
downstairs. I think you will like it a lot."
" Okay, can I get dressed first or should I go downstairs now?" I replied confused.
"It is up to you but I think you will like it a lot . I mean it." my mom said back.
So I ran downstairs and to my surprise it was a roomba and my mom was right. I did want a
roomba because I don't have to sweep up the food on the ground. My mom said behind me,"
Did you like it."
" Yes I do like it." I ran up and started it and it started to talk and it said," Where did you
want me to clean first."
" I don't know maybe the living room or my room upstairs." I said back confused.
"I will clean the living room and then your room upstairs but is your room the first or
second one?" " It is the second room on the right." I replied.
It started to clean the living room and my mom started to cook food and I got dressed. "
Get out of the house there is a fire!" my mom screamed.
I ran so fast and got out of the house and my mom too, but then something started to talk
and it was not me or my mom it was the roomba calling the firefighters. Soon there were
firefighters putting out the fire and we all were safe. After the fire we figured out that
the fire only burned down the kitchen and nothing else. We all were very happy that
everyone was safe and that the fire only burned the kitchen, but we are also sad because
it will take two weeks to rebuild the kitchen." I am glad that the fire did not burn the
rest of the house and it was only the kitchen." I said.
My mom replied," Yes I'm very glad it did not burn the rest of the house, but I am more
glad that no one got hurt or burned."
A couple weeks later our kitchen was fine and we are all safe and the roomba is too. But it
was all thanks to the roomba. le End
