by the Watershed District in the next 3 years?
4) How would you jusƟfy raising the watershed district budget greater than
the inflaƟon rate to someone who asks why the district budget is more
important than household financial well-being?
5) How do you view the current relaƟonship between the City and the District,
and how would you work to maintain and improve it?
6) How would you work with the city as a cooperaƟve partner, but NOT
depend on the city to be its enforcement arm, and how would you propose
working past potenƟal redundancies in both fees and work for our
