Re: PRC Resignation Kathy Sanville
Background:
Kathy Sanville contacted staff in person on July 8, 2027 inquiring how to officially resign from the
Parks and Recreation Committee. Kathy asked if she must submit a written statement, or if her
verbal request would be sufficient. I thanked her for her s ervice on behalf of Scandia, and let her
know that I would formally pass her request on to City Council.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends accepting Kathy Sanville’s resignation effective July 8, 2027 and direct City
Staff to post this opening for this vacancy in the term expiring February 28, 2027.
