2026 Scandia Trails Project
Dear Mayor and Council:
Enclosed please find Contractor’s Request for Payment No. 2, for the 2026 Scandia Trails Project.
We recommend the council approve the Contractor’s Request for Payment No. 2 and pay
$46,656.35 to Winberg Companies. This amount includes work required to place aggregate
base, install the fence, install signage, place topsoil, and restore the site. This request includes
withholding 5% retainage.
