2026 Crack Fill and Seal Coat Project
Dear Mayor and Council:
Enclosed please find Contractor’s Request for Payment No. 1, for the 2026 Crack Fill and Seal
Coat Project. We recommend the council approve the Contractor’s Request for Payment No. 1
and pay $19,942.86 to Fahrner Asphalt Sealers, LLC. This amount includes work required to
mobilize to site, place traffic control, route and seal cracks on the project. This request includes
withholding 5% retainage.
